Trish Jones, Executive Director of Human Resources is a professional with 27+ years of human resource management experience, the last nine years have been in Higher Education. She has notable experience in strategic human resource planning, federal, state, and local law compliance, staffing, performance management, training and development and payroll. She has prior experience working within the Manufacturing, Health Care, and Nonprofit sectors. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Campbellsville University and completed her MBA at Midway University. Ms. Jones is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) with a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation. Ms. Jones is also a member of AICKU HR (Association of Independent Kentucky Colleges and Universities) and College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR).
